WHY ZAZ IT UP PRODUCTION?

Back in 2007, we came up with a radical idea to incorporate Event Coordination and entertainment in one company. As such, Zaz it UP Production was born, bringing to you the best and the brightest in entertainment & event planning. A well-orchestrated timeline is the key to a successful event! From the very first meeting, to the day of the event, our staff is there to make sure that all your wishes come true!

We are very proud of our staff as they are some of Montreal’s best DJs, MCs, Animators, Musicians, and Planners who are dedicated to presenting you with the most unique and engaging evening, one that will make your event, memorable, enjoyable, and above all, worry-free. That is the Zaz it Up way!

Ceremony / reception venue scouting and recommendations

Wedding etiquette advice and invitation etiquette

Décor design recommendations and full theme development & implementation

Coordinate and assist bride and groom in wedding invitation selection and ordering

Coordinate bridal party and their duties on your big day

Preparing event day itinerary & delivery of such to all vendors prior to event date

Ceremony rehearsal assistance, organize processional line-up, instruct ushers and readers of duties, review roles and responsibilities of bridal party and review / confirmation of attendance list

Supervision of set-up at ceremony and reception hall

Manage details (place cards, favors, décor, overall look of the hall, etc.)

Communication with vendors on day of event and delivery of final payment to all vendors

Implementation of event day itinerary throughout the night

Wedding day emergency kit on hand

Guidance of any other topic of interest to the couple
